All Solutions

Pitagone HVM

Pitagone is a portable and lightweight hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) barrier system, designed to protect pedestrians at events and in public spaces from vehicle-borne attacks. The Pitagone range includes the Pitagone F11 and Pitagone F18. Both are modular, can be assembled without tools by a single person and transported in a van, yet are capable of stopping a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 48km/h. Units can also be moved easily to allow emergency vehicles to pass. This makes Pitagone ideal for event security, from Christmas markets to sporting events, and for temporary perimeter security where a quick, low-impact deployment is needed. See Pitagone F18 in action at the Bath Christmas Market, and read more about protecting Christmas markets with HVM. View Our HVM Brochure

Surface Guard

Pedestrian Portal

Our Pedestrian Portal keeps people moving while maintaining hostile vehicle mitigation protection. The Pedestrian Portal enables pedestrian movement through a line of HVM measures where a more visual point of access is required to aid crowd control. It is designed for large scale events such as festivals, sporting fixtures and Christmas markets, where crowds need a clear, safe route in and out without leaving a gap a vehicle could use. A typical arrangement uses six HVM Barges and accessories, and a wide variety of ground plates and barge configurations can be applied to suit specific applications. Units can be supplied in standard or premium paint finishes. The Pedestrian Portal is PAS 68 rated and is available to buy or rent. Product features: Provides pedestrian access while guarding against hostile vehicles Designed for large scale events Easy pedestrian flow and a clear, visible access point Works with HVM Barges as part of a wider temporary HVM scheme PAS 68 rated Available for purchase or rental See temporary HVM in action in our Birmingham Christmas Market case study.

HVM Bollards

Our Surface Mounted HVM Bollards are a PAS68 hostile vehicle mitigation solution. Our surface mounted system is one of the first of its kind to be impact rated and provide PAS 68 certified impact protection. Fast and straightforward installation and removal allows the array of HVM bollards to be used when heightened security measures are needed, performing as a temporary security measure. This Hostile Vehicle Mitigation bollard system can be installed on a more permanent basis if site security requirements change. Ground surfaces are unharmed as no bolts are required. Taking just over ten minutes to install six bollards, the array does not require anything to anchor it to, as the system is stand alone. This system can be used to protect an internal or external perimeter. Not only will the bollards mitigate against vehicle-borne explosive attacks; they will also provide an intelligent solution for temporary security against attacks where vehicles are used as the weapon. Available for purchase or rental. Product features: PAS68 rated Fast installation and removal Temporary Surface mounted with permanent options available

HVM Barriers

Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) Barriers for a variety of applications across different sectors to enhance safety and security. Surface mounted steel and concrete barriers that can be used individually or connected to form an extended length of HVM. Each variation weights 3 tonnes. Designed to offer the maximum protection, these are used as part of the national barrier asset in the UK and by the Dutch government. Available for purchase or rental.

HVM Barge

A barge is part of our temporary hostile vehicle mitigation range and provides a level of pedestrian safety whilst allowing the flow of pedestrians. Used for protection against vehicle-borne attacks, the surface mounted solution provides maximum protection over short runs and can be used as part of other products such as our drop arms and swing gates. Barges can be simply installed as part of a temporary or permanent solution and with a small footprint are perfect for cities and events where space is limited. Previous examples of this product were installed around various London landmarks. Each barge weighs 3 tonnes. Barges can be connected in various ways, can be provided in standard or premium paint finishes and connect together in different ways depending on the use. Available for purchase or rental.

Multibloc Barge

The Multibloc Barge is ideal for blocking a gap between structures and fence lines to restrict vehicle access, whilst maintaining high levels of pedestrian flow either side. Whilst primarily assisting with pedestrian safety management, the Multibloc Barge can also be incorporated into a gate solution allowing for authorised vehicle access. A cost-effective option consisting of two Multibloc concrete barriers connected side by side can be placed between existing structures and runs of street furniture. Each surface mounted unit may be painted to any required colour with traffic signs attached to the front and rear in compliance with the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016, if required. Suited for high level pedestrian flow protection Compliant to TSRGD 201 Signage can be added
