REBLOC is a precast concrete vehicle restraint system designed to provide protection on high speed roads. There is a wide range of REBLOC products designed to suit all locations and applications ranging from normal to very high containment and low working widths. The individual elements form a high strength continuous chain that safely absorbs energy and impact forces. Technically advanced, all REBLOC safety barriers are tested to EN1317 to ensure suitability and performance for road projects. Barriers with a minimum design life of 50 years are mandated for permanent use in England on central reserves of roads with high traffic volumes. The REBLOC concrete vehicle restraint systems (VRS) are precast products that allow for rapid deployment across the strategic road network. The off-site manufacture also eliminates wet trades on site, reduces the risk to the workforce with shortened installation times and is immediately operational with no curing time required. Ranging from normal containment to very high containment, our full suite of both permanent and temporary concrete VRS are tested to EN 1317 and are CE marked. A temporary vertical concrete barrier (TVCB) of 3 metres in length by 0.8 metres and weighing 2.5 tonnes, this product is used for workforce protection on roadways. Being fully chapter 8 compliant and easy to install quickly on various surfaces, Multibloc is ideal for roads, construction sites, boundaries, vacant property and car parks. Multibloc is also available as a temporary TVCB solution, and has been used on schemes including the M6 J16-19 smart motorway and the M50 bridge repair.

MAXIBLOC is a higher vertical concrete barrier (THVCB), measuring 3 metres in length by 1.4 metres high and weighing in at 4.5 tonnes. These units are similar to the Multibloc product but heavier and taller, providing effective parapet protection to H4a/W5 very high containment when surface mounted and H4a/W2 when recessed. Being EN 1317 tested, the product is ideal for heavy traffic roadways, including protection from heavy goods vehicles, protecting vulnerable structures, and securing vacant property. Maxibloc also includes an option for MultiFence and GRP cladding. Each unit can also be locked together to form a larger barrier and is quick and easy to deploy at site. Our Pedestrian Portal keeps people moving while maintaining hostile vehicle mitigation protection. The Pedestrian Portal enables pedestrian movement through a line of HVM measures where a more visual point of access is required to aid crowd control. It is designed for large scale events such as festivals, sporting fixtures and Christmas markets, where crowds need a clear, safe route in and out without leaving a gap a vehicle could use. A typical arrangement uses six HVM Barges and accessories, and a wide variety of ground plates and barge configurations can be applied to suit specific applications. Units can be supplied in standard or premium paint finishes. The Pedestrian Portal is PAS 68 rated and is available to buy or rent. Pitagone is a portable and lightweight hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) barrier system, designed to protect pedestrians at events and in public spaces from vehicle-borne attacks. The Pitagone range includes the Pitagone F11 and Pitagone F18. Both are modular, can be assembled without tools by a single person and transported in a van, yet are capable of stopping a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 48km/h. Units can also be moved easily to allow emergency vehicles to pass. This makes Pitagone ideal for event security, from Christmas markets to sporting events, and for temporary perimeter security where a quick, low-impact deployment is needed. Fleximax is an engineered Maxibloc (THVCB), designed to protect vulnerable areas in a wide range of industries such as construction, aviation and roads where a higher level of protection is needed. The barriers are also ideal for a range of street work that requires increased flexibility on angles of installation since the product can be positioned at angles of 74 degrees. The Superbeam concrete barrier is ideal for blocking gateways and access roads within vacant property. With a length of 8m and weight of 4.62t, the unit sits across roadways and gateways, protecting sites from the most determined of trespassers. The Superbeam can be installed alongside a live roadway, on sites such as vacant industrial estates. This concrete barrier system uses an innovative coupling system that ensures ease of installation while maximising safety. Because a single 8m unit can close off a full gateway or access road, Superbeam is a quick way to secure an empty site without building a permanent wall or fence. A barge is part of our temporary hostile vehicle mitigation range and provides a level of pedestrian safety whilst allowing the flow of pedestrians. Used for protection against vehicle-borne attacks, the surface mounted solution provides maximum protection over short runs and can be used as part of other products such as our drop arms and swing gates. Barges can be simply installed as part of a temporary or permanent solution and with a small footprint are perfect for cities and events where space is limited. Previous examples of this product were installed around various London landmarks. Each barge weighs 3 tonnes. Barges can be connected in various ways, can be provided in standard or premium paint finishes and connect together in different ways depending on the use. Available for purchase or rental.

Our range of hoarding can be utilised with our Multibloc TVCB to provide security and privacy. The hoarding that is either plywood or GRP can be provided in a range of colours by painting or wrapping, and has an overall height of 2.4m for plywood and 2.325m for GRP as standard, however height can be customised for a particular requirement. Signage can be provided as an additional option and there is the ability for customers to use the hoarding as an advertising canvass. Used extensively within the construction industry for site security and privacy screening in typical scenarios such as surrounding construction sites, airport site security, events and vacant property.
