Pedestrian Guard attaches to the top of the MASS base unit to provide pedestrian flow through work areas. A vandal-proof steel security fence ideal for routing pedestrians across work areas. With minimal wind loading it is ideal for air-side airport works as well as events and use within the rail industry. It was used on the A64(M) Regent Street flyover project in Leeds. An anti-climb, galvanised mesh fencing. MASS Siteguard offers excellent perimeter security, protecting your site, workers & equipment. The mesh fencing is the length of two base units. MASS Visirail is a high visibility pedestrian rail that combines the benefits of Pedestrian Guard with a high visibility steel security rail. It fits on top of the MASS barrier base unit, so pedestrians are guided safely past work areas while vehicles are kept out. The MASS Visirail is made from galvanised steel and is fully compliant with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual, making it suitable for highways and street works where pedestrian routes need to be clearly marked. Custom-made branded versions of the top guard section are available for marketing, promotional and aesthetic purposes. Fleximax is an engineered Maxibloc (THVCB), designed to protect vulnerable areas in a wide range of industries such as construction, aviation and roads where a higher level of protection is needed. The barriers are also ideal for a range of street work that requires increased flexibility on angles of installation since the product can be positioned at angles of 74 degrees. The Superbeam concrete barrier is ideal for blocking gateways and access roads within vacant property. With a length of 8m and weight of 4.62t, the unit sits across roadways and gateways, protecting sites from the most determined of trespassers. MultiFence is a fencing system that works in conjunction with our Multibloc and Maxibloc products. This affordable and highly capable fencing system is suitable for use across applications such as compound security, perimeter security and protecting vacant property. High Security Solution Also known as prison mesh, MultiFence has small apertures and welds at each intersection that eliminate foot and finger holds, prevent objects being passed through and is particularly effective against the use of conventional hand cutting tools. Our range of hoarding can be utilised with our Multibloc TVCB to provide security and privacy. The hoarding that is either plywood or GRP can be provided in a range of colours by painting or wrapping, and has an overall height of 2.4m for plywood and 2.325m for GRP as standard, however height can be customised for a particular requirement. Signage can be provided as an additional option and there is the ability for customers to use the hoarding as an advertising canvass. Used extensively within the construction industry for site security and privacy screening in typical scenarios such as surrounding construction sites, airport site security, events and vacant property. MAXIBLOC is a higher vertical concrete barrier (THVCB), measuring 3 metres in length by 1.4 metres high and weighing in at 4.5 tonnes. These units are similar to the Multibloc product but heavier and taller, providing effective parapet protection to H4a/W5 very high containment when surface mounted and H4a/W2 when recessed. Being EN 1317 tested, the product is ideal for heavy traffic roadways, including protection from heavy goods vehicles, protecting vulnerable structures, and securing vacant property. Maxibloc also includes an option for MultiFence and GRP cladding. Each unit can also be locked together to form a larger barrier and is quick and easy to deploy at site. A temporary vertical concrete barrier (TVCB) of 3 metres in length by 0.8 metres and weighing 2.5 tonnes, this product is used for workforce protection on roadways. Being fully chapter 8 compliant and easy to install quickly on various surfaces, Multibloc is ideal for roads, construction sites, boundaries, vacant property and car parks. Multibloc is also available as a temporary TVCB solution, and has been used on schemes including the M6 J16-19 smart motorway and the M50 bridge repair.

Multibloc with BlastDefender provides protection from jet blasts produced by aircraft, making it an ideal airside safety barrier for airports. Highly visible with red and white fencing, the product connects onto our Multibloc product to protect against the strong winds from aircraft that can cause damage to people nearby, vehicles, buildings and objects. Multibloc F is a surface mounted barrier with EN1317 tested fence that consists of 21 Multibloc reinforced 3 metre long free standing interlocked barriers that give a total system length of 63 metres. Fitted to the top of the Multibloc barriers are 1.43 metre long debris fence mesh panels that are 1.8 metres high and connect to F post assemblies on top of the barriers. Combining a tested vehicle restraint system with a debris fence, Multibloc F protects the workforce and passing traffic from errant vehicles and from debris entering or leaving the work area, making it well suited to highways schemes and construction sites. Protect your vacant property with SecureBloc, a heavy duty concrete barrier. Each concrete barrier measures 5.5m in length, 1.4m in height and weighs 6 tonnes, SecureBloc is extremely difficult to move without specialist equipment, making it the perfect deterrent for vacant properties. SecureBloc’s interlocking construction means that there are no loose parts. This prevents unauthorised removal of pieces and fully protects against vandalism.
